1. Return Window
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The product must be free from any damage or signs of use.
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Condition: All items must be in new, unused condition. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including tags and accessories (if any).
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (such as opened clothing or accessories), or if explicitly stated as final sale on the product page.
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, contact our customer service team at info@dubunie.com or call 439-540-1539. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Return: Please pack the product securely and ship it back to us using the provided instructions. The return address will be shared with you after you receive your Return Authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are generally responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective items). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
