- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once payment is processed, we will begin preparing your items for shipment.

- Expedited Shipping (Domestic):
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days (within the United States)
- International Shipping:

- International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination, which will be displayed during checkout.

- International Orders:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and destination
4. Tracking Your Order

5. Delays in Shipment
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DUBUNIE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions, or customs procedures. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact DUBUNIE within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will help you file a claim and ensure your issue is resolved.
7. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. DUBUNIE is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
